SLIGHTLY ODWAY...

ah my blogs being gay - it tells me it aint accepting my posts, but no, it goes and shows it a few days later and makes me look incapable. well there you go - lauren must be computer illiterate.
well on wednesday i went and visited an old friend called Zed, who also lives in bayview. i was kinda nervous coz the last time i saw him was when he dropped me off at my place after my year 10 formal and i was completely smashed... yes, secrets are all revealed here - well for most of my church friends coz they wouldn't really know much about me from a while ago. man this sounds like some kind of evil Lauren that has only recently been tamed and conformed to christianity... oh well, think what you like. actually no, i don't want to be wrongfully judged - tonight i was gonna go to a friends 18th, you know, the drinking,etc scene, BUT NO! i opted to just hang out with rach, coz she was gonna go to a 21st which i thought was kinda funny coz we were both looking for excuses not to go... drinking is bad, also i only hav a month to go til i mature to adulthood (if you can call being 18 mature or particularly adult-y)...
anyway it was cool to see Zed again. he's a car salesman now - quite funny hehe... he works at the renault place in brooky and oneday hopes to be able to buy a hous efull of apples. i have decided that the next time i see him, i shall give him an apple, just to start him on his way...
i'm getting a cold from last night's small group outting. we took jo's, kaye's and our (becky and mine) group for a picnic and bushwalk to the park near Becky's place. we ate fairy bread, chippies, coke, etc and some of those funny spicy leaves that i tricked the girls into eating! hey before you sue me, i ate them first, and they're completely safe coz you put them in salads and stuff. they just happened to be growing wild where we were playing. and then we trekked down this trail and admirred this pretty waterfall and then it was getting dark so we hiked back up and then played spotto... ah the joys of running with a full belly of coke!
the first thing i noticed th'smornin when i woke was that my clock was dead, then i realised that all appliances were inactive... it turned out that the delivery truck for the soil we'd ordered had come in our driveway and accidently taken out the power lines, so we had to get the elictrical board in. the main issue was that i couldn't use puter, stereo, phone or HAVE COFFEE! but it's all fixed now yay...
